Secrets Management

Description

It is not allowed to pass secrets in the Configuration File. Instead, secrets are referenced from the Configuration file through aliases. A secret alias may consist of:

• Uppercase and lowercase letters (A-Z and a-z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• A hyphen (-)

Secrets are delivered to the beqom support team in a secure manner (e.g. through an encrypted .zip file).

API password, API keys, PGP private keys, passwords for Excel files, etc. use the secrets mechanism.

Secrets are stored in FIPS 140-3 Level 3 compliant storage.
